Over the course of his career, John Maxwell has recovered tens of millions of dollars for his clients, and was lead trial attorney in the two largest jury verdict awards for construction injuries in Western New York history—both exceeding $30 million.
He earned his BA at Amherst College, and his JD from the State University of New York at Buffalo.
